1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. RevERP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

RevERP provides enterprise resource planning software including financial management, inventory control, procurement, HR & payroll, and operations modules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and integrates with third-party platforms including HubSpot.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify RevERP of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. RevERP reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. RevERP obtains a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

RevERP's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. RevERP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
